order to process your application, we require the
following:

Placement on the wait list does not automatically make you eligible for assistance. Applicants are placed on the wait list according to their date and time of completed application. We will request at the time of application - birth certificates, social security cards, and ID's for everybody in your household. You can either bring the documents to the office during office hours or email them to farrah@brazilha.org. It is your responsibility to update this office with any changes in the household (phone numbers, addresses, etc.). If you owe any public housing agency, the balanced owed will have to be paid in full before we can offer assistance.
